Mohair Breast Collars & Cinches, Etc.

Due to the nature of mohair cinches and breast collars, LB Arrow Design does not accept returns based on mistreatment or incorrect sizing information provided by customer. If you are have any questions about your new tack, please contact us lbarrowdesign@gmail.com so we can help you!

Wool Saddle Blankets

All of our saddle blankets are from a supplier. We proudly distribute El Paso Saddle Blankets, Mayatex Saddle Blankets, Mustang Saddle Blankets, and Tough 1 Saddle Blankets.

All saddle blankets are looked over for defects upon arrival and before leaving the shop on their way to you, but in the instance we missed a defect we are happy to provide you with an exchange for your unused blanket within 30 days.

LB Arrow Design does not accept returns based on mistreatment or incorrect sizing. Dimensions are provided in listings.

Soap

Well, as you can probably imagine, we don't accept returns on used soap.

The ingredients are listed within the listing’s product description, if you have any questions or concerns about allergies, please contact us at lbarrowdesign@gmail.com

If you are completely and horribly dissatisfied with your soap, you’d be the first! But Im happy to refund you.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are nonrefundable. Deposits are nonrefundable as they cover supplies ordered to make your custom order. Please contact us at lbarrowdesign@gmail.com if you have any concerns about your custom order.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. Refunds maybe issued upon approval and only after you have contacted us.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. Return will not be processed until item is received back to LB Arrow Design in unused and approved condition.
